Let me guess: as a small business owner, you’re either super busy, strapped for time, or on a budget. Maybe all three! That’s why I put together this list of tech accessories & gadgets for entrepreneurs.
This past year, I did some research and discovered some awesome tech accessories for my business. They’ve saved me time AND made it easier to market my online shop and this blog. I want the same for you.
These are all tools I use for my own business and love. I thank my lucky stars every day for number 2 (and no, I’m not exaggerating!).

The Best Tech Accessories & Gadgets for Entrepreneurs
1. Cell Phone Video Mount
Video is one of the biggest social media & marketing trends for 2019. Instagram stories, how-to videos, behind-the-scenes: it’s all important for getting your brand noticed. But most of us (me included) are on a budget, and don’t have to money to spend on fancy equipment or videographers.
So how are you supposed to take videos of yourself? Thankfully, I have a solution.
These days, cell phones take quality videos that are easy to edit. All you need is a device to hold your cell phone up while it films you. Or, if you’re filming a different subject than yourself, a device to keep the phone steady.
I use this phone tripod clamping mount, and I love it. The best part? It’s inexpensive!
2. Bluetooth Keyboard for Mobile
I can’t even begin to describe the amount of time & headache this tool has saved me.
This is especially true for Instagram, which I use a LOT for my online shop. I take all my photos & videos on my phone. Of course, it’s a lot faster & easier to just upload them to Instagram directly from my mobile, but it used to take me ages to type out my captions, comments, and DMs.
My thumbs would even start to ache from holding my phone so much. Not fun.
But now? I use this bluetooth keyboard for my cell phone, and all of those problems went away. With the keyboard, I can type just as fast as I would on my laptop, but I don’t have to go through the hassle of transferring anything. I can do it all on my mobile.
Plus, it’s super light so you can carry it around with you when you leave the house. I’m telling you, this thing is magical!

3. Electronic Notebook
I prefer writing with pen & paper, but I feel so cluttered having so many notebooks and random sheets of paper laying around. Plus, it’s easier to keep notes organized when they’re electronic. That way, you can move them around and easily edit them.
Thankfully, my sister discovered this awesome Rocketbook notebook last year and gave it to me as a gift. You can write in it (with a pen) and then scan it with your phone. It uses OCR to transcribe the words into an electronic note and sends it to to your email or Notes app. It’s the best of both worlds!
4. Phone Camera Lens Accessory + Tripod
If you’ve got a new, high-tech camera phone, you might not need this. Especially if your smartphone has a dual-lens. But for everyone else? This phone camera accessory will take your photography to the next level.
It’s got a 6-in-1 lens for taking telephoto, fisheye, macro, wide-angle (and more) photos. Plus, it comes with a flexible phone tripod and a remote shutter.
5. Portable Charger for Cell Phones & Tablets
Even though I’m a total homebody, I recently discovered that it’s nice to get out of the house every once in a while. I’ve been going to coffee shops or libraries for a few hours of work when I start to feel cooped up.
If you’re on the go a lot (especially if you travel), having a compact portable charger is a necessity.
6. Bluetooth Speaker
As a creative entrepreneur, you’ll inevitably have times when you’re designing a new graphic, packaging orders, or making products. Whatever it is, certain tasks require less concentration.
When I’m working on these sort of tasks, I like to listen to music, podcasts, or audiobooks. It can help you relax, and makes menial tasks more enjoyable.
With a bluetooth speaker, it just takes a couple clicks to connect, open your preferred app, and tap play. I use Audible for audiobooks and Spotify for music.

7. Bluetooth Earbud Headphones
You can also use bluetooth earbud headphones to listen to music, podcasts, or audiobooks. These are especially useful if you have others around you, or if you need to tune out distracting noise.
I also love using these when I go on walks. As entrepreneurs, it can be tough to pry ourselves away from our work. But we need to stay active. Sitting for too long is never good!
That’s everything I have for you! All my favorite tech accessories & gadgets. If you get a chance to try them out, I hope you love them just as much as I do. 🙂
